It is flat out gorgeous. The double pour spout is reminiscent of patterns in the late 1880s. It could be from an Ohio based pattern but it's virtually impossible to know for sure. It sits flat so its perfect for any cook surface. It is one of the nicest of this age that weve seen. The handle is smooth and the cook surface
